Chicken Cordon Bleu with Honey Dijon Butter Sauce – $19
Tender, breaded chicken breast stuffed with savory ham and melted Swiss cheese, flash-fried to golden perfection. Finished with a silky honey Dijon butter sauce and served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Shrimp Fra Diavolo with Linguine – $23
Succulent shrimp sautéed in a spicy tomato sauce infused with garlic, crushed red pepper, and white wine. Tossed with al dente linguine and finished with fresh basil, parmesan, and a hint of lemon zest. Served with garlic bread.
Braised Short Ribs with Red Wine Demi-Glace – $24
